As the brand behind the moments Canon is proud to bring those moments to life for everyone.

At Canon we support everyone to reach their potential and far beyond. We’re excited to be a Worldwide Partner for the women’s Rugby World Cup and elevate women in every aspect of the sport, from on-field, to behind-the-scenes, leadership, and, of course, behind the camerasby Kylie Church, General Manager – Corporate Communications, Canon Oceania Group.

Canon is taking a multi-faceted approach to its partnership with the tournament with touchpoints across nearly every aspect of the event. The “Shoot from the Sidelines” competition offers a unique opportunity to get down on the sidelines at the women’s Rugby World Cup final and shoot the action alongside award-winning pro photographer, Jo Caird. Canon’s business multi-function devices are powering the women’s Rugby World Cup back office while our desktop printers are at the gates to give important information to fans.

As always, our Canon Professional Services team will be on the ground to ensure the pro photographers capturing the action don’t miss a frame.

Throughout the games, fans will see our commercials.

Bringing it all together keep an eye out for the FanZone where families can take part in an interactive photobooth, backdrop and rugby-themed props.

Join us as we celebrate the incredible power and talent of women in sport and sports photography at the women’s Rugby World Cup 2021 (Playing in 2022).
